By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, and content contributors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.
You may choose to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active databases, subject to our data retention policy.

The App allows you to add YouTube video links, comments, and other content. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App.
You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and features, is owned by Vizzio Video Player and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without our explicit written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIZZIO VIDEO PLAYER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vizzio Video Player and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
